We accept orders for delivery in Italy, and in other countries of the European Community.
For each order placed, we issue a receipt for the material shipped and include it in the shipment. Upon request, we issue an invoice and include it in the shipment or send it by e-mail to the holder of the order pursuant to art. 14 DPR 445/00 and dl 52/2004. The data provided by the customer at the time of the order will be included in the invoice.
No changes will be possible after the invoice has been issued.
The customer can purchase the products in our electronic catalog at the time of placing the order. The images and technical data accompanying a product sheet may not be complete and exhaustive of its own characteristics but different in size, color, accessories, etc.
Receipt of the order
Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by an e-mail reply, sent to the e-mail address communicated by the customer.
This confirmation message will re-propose all the data entered by the customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections.
