ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
VIEW: Ruby red, brilliant with violet reflections
SMELL: It alternates classic hints of red fruit such as strawberry,
black cherry and raspberry, with herbaceous undergrowth nuances.
Highlights floral notes
TASTE: In the mouth it is direct, supported by a good minerality
and a tannin present, but not overwhelming.
Good softness, with a slightly almond finish
PAIRING: Recommended with cold cuts and medium-structured cheeses,
to try with stewed and grilled meats
